General information may be provided over the phone where appropriate, however appointments are
necessary to see Welfare Officers.
Fees and Charges
While the service is free to clients making use of the direct services of the centre, some costs may be
involved where external services such as interpreters or translations are required. If staff do not cover
the language of a client, an on-site interpreter will be arranged.
Appointments
Centre services are available Monday to Friday 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
